I’ve declared it coffee week here at The Moveable Chef. I know, it’s arbitrary, capricious, and unilateral. What can I say, I’m a product of my geography. However, I have some pretty good stuff lined up, so I didn’t think you would mind. Plus, coffee….
First up is a rare bit of non-original content. I came across this illustration a couple of months ago, and it’s a great run down on creative ways to coax that delicious, essential coffee from those stubborn, stubborn beans.
So, from the folks at Tonx coffee, here is How to Brew Coffee Without a Coffee Maker.
Absolutely impressed they included the cold water methods!
They certainly went for completeness….
In the quest to be thorough, aren’t you seriously contemplating the art of folding a proper origami shut?
Texture issues can be devastating. 😉
I have to be honest with myself on this one – this all has to be done before coffee, so the origami may not be practicable for me. A big sloppy knot out of a boot lace, more likely.
A truthful response when referring to an actual emergency.
I, too, am near nonfunctional pre-coffee; I fear disfunctional would simply be too kind of an adjective.
But prepared in advanced, say for a picnic or hike, the origami shut would be lovely and practical. Would even impress the tea people. Remember, I tend towards the crafty. LOL
